"I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, it was clean, but it felt a little run-down and could definitely benefit from some updating.
Unfortunately, my room overlooked the tram stop, which made it quite noisy, especially early in the morning and late at night.
Housekeeping also needs improvement. Dirty dishes were left on the floor outside my room, and although I reported them to reception, they weren’t removed until the following morning. In addition, the front entrance of the hotel could do with being swept more regularly, as it didn’t create the best first impression.
While the hotel was generally clean, better maintenance and attention to detail would make for a much more pleasant stay."
"Easy walk from central train station, close to lots of eating options. Great views of the city if you're on that side. Lots of staff always on hand at reception & all very helpful. Very clean rooms and a decent enough size."
