"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
Customer service was extremely disappointing. The manager seemed unsure of their own policies and kept trying to upcharge at check-in, insisting on additional fees for each child and questioning ages in a way that felt excessive and unprofessional.
The room itself was just as frustrating. The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything, including crying babies from neighboring rooms. It felt like there was no sound insulation at all. On top of that, there was construction outside with constant banging, making it nearly impossible to rest.
Between the noise from other rooms, doors constantly slamming, and outside construction, there was absolutely no chance of getting decent sleep.
The only positive was the breakfast.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
