"The Hotel Caza was a perfect place to stay. It is very conveniently located for the many activities in San Francisco. The staff was very accommodating."

"My go-to hotel in The City. It's not fancy, the rooms are small (no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan) and you have to go to the lobby for coffee or tea in the morning. But compared to the larger hotels it's quaint, inexpensive, friendly and convenient. There is a refrigerator in the room, and a bar in the lobby. From it's location at Union Square one can walk pretty much anywhere downtown, from Fisherman's Wharf to the Embarcadero to Oracle Park. (For a warm-up we take the stairs to the lobby...) AND you get a Rubber Ducky!"

"The remodeled hotel is beautiful and the location is very good, right on Union Square. The Post restaurant has a nice happy hour and we had a delicious breakfast there. The room was well appointed and the bedding comfortable. My only complaint was the room cleaning. They made the beds and cleaned the bathroom as expected but failed to clean the coffee area and replace the complimentary coffee pods and water. When I alerted the front desk they did take care of it promptly."
