"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe.
Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"It was a great place to stay.
Location is excellent if you don't want to be right in Lucerne. Lucerne is easily accessible, around 15 minutes by public bus or 10 minutes by car.
Staff was awesome and, friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay there again!"
