"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Take a room with a view. It is not directly in the city Centre but it is 10-30 minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The amenities are great and the staff goes beyond . We had some laundry which was delivered within 4 hours which was just amazing. "
