The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed.

Hotel has excelent location and friendly/helpful staff. Cons: NO SCRAMBLED EGGS FOR BREAKFAST :o( Dangerous icy parking lot in front of the hotel with snow avalanches falling from roof.

Leider nicht mehr ganz so toll wie noch im vergangene Jahr. Damals gab es noch einen Drink zur Begrüßung und eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Dieses Mal nicht. Essen war wie immer sehr lecker! Zimmer ruhig und schön groß. Allerdings hat unsere Dusche mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert und es hat 3 Meldungen an der Rezeption an zwei Tagen gebraucht bis sie repariert wurde.

Sportlich ausgerichtetes Hotel direkt am der Piste. Tolles Frühstück, superfreundliches Personal. Das Abendessen in Buffetform bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und wird bis zuletzt gut aufgefüllt. Es fehlt ein bisschen die österreichische Gemütlichkeit - wen das nicht stört der findet hier viel Leistung zu sehr fairen Preisen. Wir kommen wieder!
