Arrived late afternoon after a long drive, Staff spoke reasonably good english which helped, all staff spoke and welcomed us and was attentive. Sign on car park outside the premises said was 40 euro per day parking so we parked on the road outside, when we went inside to ask if that was correct, the man said it was only 8 euros per day for residents. We paid this and parked in their secure parking area. We were disappointed to learn that there was a fee to use the pool (10 euros per hour) Room...

Very clean functional hotel, great breakfast and good spa/pool facilities. Friendly staff. Accommodation is ideally suited for a family of four.

For the price, these rooms are excellent. They're more than a room, they're a small apartment with kitchen. The beds are comfortable and everywhere is very clean. Reception staff were really helpful and even offered to charge the battery for my husband's disability scooter rather than his carrying it to our apartment. On the strength of this experience we have booked the same company at Clermont Ferrand next month

Very usefull for a short or long stay, on the outskirts of Caen, only a 15 minute drive from the ferry and just off the ringroad. Fully equipped kitchenette in room, large conforrable bed and large tv (french chanels)

We had a good sized room with seperate bed for child in living area. Friendly and helpful staff who helped book two pool slots for us during our one night stay. Shame the sauna wasn’t working. Good location for main town.

The property was very modern and very clean. The bed were comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtains that were designed to curve around on the rail to seal the sides of the window to prevent stray light from entering the room. There was a small kitchener area with stove, fridge and sink. It would have been helpful to have a tea towel, washing up liquid and scrubby provided.

Nice appart, very clean and well equiped. Environment not great.

Very clean and helpful staff

newly decorated, great location with a parking lot. has elevator, lots of restaurants nearby

We cannot fault this hotel and the facilities it provides. An excellent stop over for catching ferries to the UK.

I had a lovely stay here. I was able to check in straight off the night ferry and check out several hours late to catch the afternoon ferry. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. It was, however, hard to find on the day I arrived so here are the directions: To reach the hotel by bus, turn left out of ferry building and get on a No 2 at St Francois or Perry - anyone will be able to direct you; don't take the bus to 'Gare' or, if you miss it, as I did, don't walk through the trees...
