Stayed one night while going to Foxwoods. Check in was easy. Room was large with a big bathroom and Dove products provided. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. It was about 20 mins and a 30 dollar Uber to Foxwoods. If going to Mohegan, the hotel provides a free shuttle. Restaurant, pool and bar on site as well. Only downside...our room, 222, had a flood light shining right in our window. I was fine but it kept my husband awake. Would definitely stay again.

There was a man on the 4th floor near the vending machines that taped the word “BEWARE” on a door and when you walked by to use the vending machines he would open the door and smile in a creepy manner at you. Scary! Literally made me feel so uncomfortable.

Customer service was absolutely amazing which is hard to find these days, so thank you for that. My only suggestion would be to have a handicap accessible shuttle, or at least a step-stool to get in for those of us who do not move as easily.

Heat or A/C didn’t work. Mini Fridge not plugged in. VERY small bathroom. Bar closed early. No Smart TV. Free Shuttle until 2am was nice, but the driver illegally packs you in with people sitting on laps.

The people who worked there were nice. We were on the top floor. One elevator was out of order. We got back from the casino at 1am and the room heater wouldn't turn on. Went to bed because we were too pooped. Got up and tried to take a shower and there was scalding hot water only. No cold water in the shower. The sink had cold water 3 feet away but not the shower. We went to check out and told the lady at the counter about the issues. She did apologize and said they would have come up to fix it. Gave us coupons for breakfast in them, but we had to get going.

Worn , cheep linens, long wait time to check in and no towels in room… had to ask desk.. room heat fan difficult to control. No one sat us for breakfast.. had to ask front desk to get someone then left due to no service nor even menus given after sat ourselves to table and waiting for a while. Ended up cancelling 2nd day due to unsatisfactory service& conditions..Front desk clerk Claire said to give Expedia her name for refund processing

Honestly, not enough parking spaces. We left to go to concert after checking in and when we got back we had to park across the street in a park and ride.
