The front desk staff was great. Housekeeping wasn't consistent, and they didn't change the bed sheets after such a long stay. I suppose I would have had to ask them. Overall, it was a great stay and my family loved it.

Our experience at the Courtyard was exceptional from start to finish. The staff exhibited a warm and efficient approach during the check-in process, contributing to a seamless and welcoming arrival. I highly recommend it for short stays, as the ambiance provided a delightful and relaxing oasis perfect for a weekend getaway. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

Room was nice and clean. Close by to the office I was visiting. I would avoid the food in the hotel and the bar closed at 10 which wasn’t convenient

Negligence left a bad feeling.
We came in late and were put into a room. Everything was fine until we got into bed which was wet because someone had urinated in the bed and they had just made the bed over this- maybe not realizing it was wet. We were really grossed out about the experience. The manager did put us in another room which was clean and we had no complaints about that room. I feel bad leaving a negative review because it doesn't seem like this is the norm. But we were also not offered anything for the inconvenience. Just an apology.

The Courtyard by Marriot sign is easy to miss. Hotel is located across from the Sinclair gas station.

For what it is, it’s a fine place to stay overnight. I wouldn’t say it was amazing but it was clean. When the air conditioning was off, the room smelled like feet, so that was a little off-putting. We were out and about from 9 am to 3 pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. That was inconvenient because we had to hunt down more towels and toilet paper. We were disappointed in the dining because they don’t cook the food- it’s warmed up, like at Starbucks. The burger was inedible because who wants a microwaved burger? I did like the fact that there are multiple entrances so you can enter and exit near your room- big plus!

We left a different hotel because we felt unsafe and came to Marriott. It was wonderful and there were no safety concerns at all and it was just down the road. They were very busy but met all our needs.
