Breakfast was amazing and served on your balcony at the time set by you. The staff were phenomenal, you started walking towards the sun beds and they were running over with towels and pillows. We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. Do not book tour tours before arriving, we just booked Angkor wat tickets direct and then used the hotel tuktuk tours. Free tuktuk to town every...

Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. They would ask us our plans to make sure they booked in tuk tuks and arranged everything around our schedule. Within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants of old quarter, and a short tuk tuk from Siem Reap, the location is perfect. The pool was...

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat. The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The free...

Nice new hotel food could be improved but overall is excellent

We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful secluded paradise on earth. The hotel is very impressive designed and we were stunning at our first arrival. The location is more than perfect of only several minutes to main town and hotel provided us free transport Tuktuk in the evening. Not to mention about room, it is really spacious with balcony where we were always spending our time to see the beautiful greenery garden. The breakfast was lovely and staff were so helpful and kind. We are...

Great friendly staff in lovely surroundings. Good pool and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

We had a great stay, the staff were particularly helpful and Thorn sorted out a breakfast box to takeaway early in the morning for our trip to angko wat

If you are looking for luxury beautiful extremely friendly staff Comfort cleanliness Awesome choice of food then this is your place. It is Above Amazing . Tuk tuk outside hotel 2 minutes to markets A Wonderful place to visit You will not regret staying at Golden Temple Retreat See for yourself .

Five stars all round, friendly helpful staff, big, well kept, and clean rooms (I had one of the poolside rooms), they didn't put a foot wrong, and the driver and guide they arranged for me for me did a great job. One small niggle - and it really it is nit-picking - it is just far enough out from the central area to need a tuk-tuk back at night, and being a new hotel a lot of the drivers don't know where it is. Every so often, I come across somewhere a bit special, this was one of those.

A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Friendly welcome in very pleasant surroundings. Excellent food everywhere one goes, be it pub street or restaurants in hotel or elsewhere. Angkor Wat was totally up to expectation and a visit even further afield (by tuktuk) to the temple left fully to the jungle was astounding. What a beautiful experience.

Staff couldn't do enough for us and helped us put together an amazing week. Special thanks to John and Cheta. You guys were fabulous!

It is a brand-new hotel and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very capable. All excellent.
