"Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. "This was just okay for a one night stay. There is no sound proofing between units. Sounded like a bunch of kids constantly running around, not sure if it was his tv. Next door smoking outside and the odour came into my unit. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and I actually had a good sleep."
