"Didn’t realize when booking some rooms are older while others have been renovated. We stayed in an outdated room where the material on the headboards had been scratched off. Also when my kids would touch it the material would blacken off onto the bed. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and it just looked dingy. I wish I would’ve had the option of knowing about the room situation because I would’ve opted for an updated room or made another selection. The indoor pool was also closed which was a bummer!"

"I alway read the reviews before booking somehow these reviews steered me wrong Dirty everything had splash spills everywhere dirty towels and wash cloths smelt like they cleaned the room with pickle juice we had already been driving 10 hours and we just wanted to get to sleep No breakfast like advertised just a waffle maker "

"Average hotel for price"

"The rooms were clean, nice and spacious, but the bathtub in our room specifically which was 505 needs to be replaced. It was clean, but there is a yellow big huge stain in the bottom of the tub no appealing at all and it didn’t have a lock latch on the door other than that, it was fine. Front Desk was very nice polite and everything was clean in the entry area. You can tell that outside actually looks nice when summer gets here but it’s winter right now so overall, I’ll give it a 3 1/2 out of 5"

"After checking into the room and turning the tv on, all the channels were fuzzy or pixelated. We called the front desk and were told the cable was out throughout the hotel and that there would be no resolution until Monday which is when we were scheduled to checkout. We spent the weekend without TV (we love sports so this was an inconvenience). The front desk knew this was an issue and didn’t care to share that we would be without for the weekend. Additionally the breakfast was not up to par for us. The selections were minimal. We ended up going to local restaurants for the breakfast. "

"Stay was good. Only thing was the shower pressure was weak. I was able to temporarily fix it by tightening the valve. Also housekeeping never serviced the room. Staff was very nice "
