"Our expectations were modest. We only wanted a clean room and a good price. This place exceeded our needs. Staff was very warm and responsive and the room was clean and maintained during our stay. Only issue was a fridge that froze everything, even when set at warmest setting, so minor to us that i am afraid we did not even report it to help the next guy. There were some groups using the place at the same time, a motorcycle club and some work crews. We thought it might get a littl noisy but everyone was great. Thanks. Hey where did the sleepy bear logo go? Wasn't that you guys. We miss that part"

"Room overlooked lake, with a little balcony and screen door. Room also had screen on window, so you could listen to the waves lapping against the boardwalk. Nice bathroom with makeup area, and makeup mirror. Lots of pillows. Staff in restaurant were great. Food was quick, and good."

"The bed was super comfortable! My 2 complaints are: 1) they had the absolute CHEAPEST toilet paper I’ve ever used and 2) the “free breakfast” options were VERY SKIMPY (& the coffee was disgustingly strong) This was the worst breakfast we’v has in several recent years! Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were most pleasant and friendly."
