Absolutely the best location. Located right in the heart of town. Our room was great. The people at the hotel are very nice and friendly. Also, it is great the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport.

Check in was terrible. Staff member was not courteous, no introduction, no explanations, just sign here and given two cards. Room service is not available, as the restaurant phone is disconnected. Food and drink prices at the restaurant are outrageous. There's better quality options for less a block away. Location is terrific and the roof top hot tub is lovely.

If booking through Expedia they will not let you check in, even 15 minutes early. They said the rooms were still being cleaned which we had 2 rooms booked and was given the card to go to 1 room then apologized and said sorry that room is still being cleaned. And then both rooms were miraculously done in 15 minutes. The rooms themselves were great only issue was our one window wouldn’t close completely. Location perfect. Staff were nice.

The lobby was so cold, we could not sit there to have a glass of wine the one evening. Couldn’t find a vending machine for bottled water and the front desk said they usually had water but not that day. (There are room temperate bottles in room for a fee). Bed was comfortable. Hoyle is in walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops.
