I thought the hotel was fantastic value for money - well located, super convenient with parking, spacious rooms, very good cleaning, great lobby for amenities and atmosphere, excellent breakfast and decent gym. We had 5 days in Houston after coming a very long way and the comfort of the hotel really set us up for the rest of our stay in the USA. Highly recommended, sincerely.

The property was in a good location and the room was largely clean it was just the shower head that was full of limescale. The bed was comfortable. My issue was that there was no luggage storage facilities; I explained I wanted to go downtown and didn’t think my luggage would be safe in the car and I was advised to pay for a storage garage - totally nonsensical. I settled at paying for late checkout but I was told a different price by each receptionist and it felt like they were making it up on...
