No words. Everything was outstanding. Entire family loved our stay. Highly recommended.

A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. There was no room service but the restaurant was fabulous with a great buzzy environment and great service, said to be the best in Zurich and I would not doubt that. My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

All the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Its a great location for both the old town and the river.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and quiet environment with spacious rooms.

Lovely hotel in nice location. The staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were nice. Great hotel for a stay in Winterthur - close to station.

Very nice hotel good breakfast

Beautiful location and setting. Food is exceptional, lovely to dine outside with live piano music. Spa facilities were superb. Highly recommend and would return.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

Einfach perfekt. Hier hat rundum alles gepasst. Schöner Spa-Bereich mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

It was a great place to stay. Very amenable staff, a good sized, clean and quiet room with a good breakfast.
