"I spent three nights at this easyHotel in order to attend a conference at the University. As it is a fully automated hotel with no reception or cafe, I did not expect amenities other than a shower and TV. However, the room the system gave me, 505 on the 5th floor, was not suitable for me, no lift to the 5th floor and no handrail on the stairs. And the TV did not work. So I sent an email to the address given on the website, and there was an immediate response from Olga (Ukrainian), who helped me to get a different room, 404, lift access, working TV. So I would use this hotel again."
