"This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"Perfectly located for a base for getting around the city, bright, cool and tidy room. Check in was very easy, all staff we encountered were very helpful. Used the breakfast restaurant one morning, wasn't great"

"The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "

"The hotel is situated smack in the middle of Donostia and 1 bus and you’re downtown. It was very clean and friendly staff "

"This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend."
