"Absolutely amazing, very convenient for the train station and all other parts of the city The staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, beds were very comfortable, little or no noise in or around the hotel. And finally the food was delicious. The only one issue I had was not much choice of non alcoholic beers. But that is a minor issue overall we had a lovely time and will definitely stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend staying here. Great staff and hotel. "

"On a busy road so very noisy Room was ok a bit shabby but clean and beds were comfy No water in the room I like the extra touches but none here Wouldn't book again "

"Hotel reception staff were lovely (lady was Australian) got checked in early which was great, plus she gave us a voucher for bar as we were celebrating a birthday, room clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Bar staff friendly and drinks were great. Hotel so close to loads of bars, restaurants and city centre. Definitely would book again, great value. "

"Restaurant was fine for buffet breakfast. For evening dining had to leave after one hour and 15 minutes without having been served on Easter Sunday. Appeared to be completely understaffed."
