Room was spotless and had everything we needed including branded toiletries. Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely, always greeted with a smile and nothing too much trouble. "

There is no interaction with staff as everything is self check-in and check- out, however there was a pleasant girl at reception who spoke politely as we left. The rooms and bedding are clean but the carpets need attention. There was a damp smell in hall. I would stay again for location and convenience."

"I can’t begin to say enough about our short stay here. We came from the USA to visit our son who is attending Queen’s for the semester. From the moment before we checked in, we were welcomed by Mickey and Christine via What’s App. They helped us with parking, left new batteries for our tv remote and fresh towels when we asked, and were always available to help with questions we had. We loved the on-site parking, the cleanliness of the space. We loved how it had a kitchen space with a washer and dryer. I was able to do some laundry and cook some meals to freeze for my son. It is about a 10 min walk to Queen’s but we felt incredibly safe walking even at night. It’s on a quieter street so we didn’t hear any street noise at night. The beds were super comfortable. There was space for our luggage and soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The space was perfect for three and could be great for four as well. We were so happy we chose to stay here rather than a hotel because we had space to relax and stretch out. "
