"Figure out which side the train tracks are on and book your room on the other side or you’ll be woke up every hour. Make sure the shower door in your room slides shut & will stay closed before you decide to shower or your bathroom will flood which you’ll see on your ceiling from the floor above you by shotty patchwork. Pro:close to river center establishments."

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "

"All in all it was a nice place great price and would stay again if going to the area. But the one staff member not sure if he was a manager or not Really takes his job and the rules in the pool extremely serious!!! Do Not go down the slide any way but feet first and one at a time. To be fair he did say the rules but maybe should make it know how strict these rules really are. He will come in yelling at everyone and turn off the slide and threaten to kick you out. Also I understand generally kids shouldn’t run down the hall, but in the middle of the day when everyone is awake maybe not that big of a deal but he will YELL at your child if they are. We understand rules are for safety and maybe something has happened in the past and that’s why he is so extreme. My advice just really follow these rules and you’ll be good. This was a sold out hotel so lots of families with lots of kids sometimes doing kid things 😬. When we interacted with him for other stuff he was very nice a pleasant. "

"There were a few awesome staff members. Overall though not so much. All the amenities were open as advertised when booking but when we arrived some were “closed until further noticed.” The restaurants weren’t open when they were advertised that they would be. We stood in a long line to check in at 4pm and once we got to the service counter we were told that our room wasn’t ready and that we would have to rejoin the long line again after 20 minutes. We weren’t able to get into our room until about 4:40, 40 minutes after our check in time. Overall, outside of the amenities being falsely advertised, I feel that this place was highly understaffed and things could have gone much smoother if they were properly staffed. "

"Hotel room was clean and smelled of fresh laundry. Staff as always were kind and welcoming. Area is near lots of restaurants with Cracker Barrel next door. "

"Ask for a room toward the back of the property if you want to avoid road noise. Breakfast bar is available until 10 AM. Property has a good number of trees, a small pond, & areas to sit around the pond. Overall a nice property with professional staff."

"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."
