The room was clean but the back of the bathroom door had dirty dog foot prints on it and the bathtub had a dark ring around it. The creamer at the morning breakfast bar was not bad but the shelf stable cream was curdled in the container. The property was under construction and that would have been nice to know ahead of time but we did not hear any noise from that during our stay. The pool and pool area was great, so fun for the kids. The location of the property in reference to down town was well located.

The staff was the best thing about this place. Our rooms weren’t super clean and they smelled a little weird. I almost face planted into the pool because their middle handrail was not screwed into the base of the floor. Breakfast was decent and the pool was nice for the kids. Just some things they need to clean up and correct.

Also have a video to show how we didn’t notice it moved. Lucky caught myself and didn’t fall in.

Whenever we come to Dixon to visit family we stay at the Quality Inn. It is conveniently located and my kids absolutely love the pool/waterslide!

The room was clean. Although, the cord was broken. Couldn't call front desk. The hair dryer did not work. There was mold inside the ice bucket holder. We always stay here. Its our home away from home. We were not satisfied this time. Please put the Bibles back in the drawers. Some dont read them and thats there choice but what about the ones that want to. Its unfair. But with all that I've said I pray for a blessed day to all staff!!

There was small things wrong with the room but the front desk lady was great and asked if we would of liked a new room and she had also taken down our concern when another guest had thrown beer all over my vehicle.

All around. A great place to stay!

I was able to check in sarky, which was nice after a long drive. The staff are top notch- everyone was very friendly. Lobby and room were very clean. I like that the parking lot was well lit and they use a fob system to allow entry from the parking lot- it made me feel very safe when I arrived back late from the event I was attending. I will absolutely come back and stay here again.
