Only frustration was that as we came from UK the access information text was never received on UK phone and not available through Hotels.com ,if that was set up it would have saved having to arrive early just to talk to someone. "The service was absolutely impeccable. The location is excellent for access to the freeway as well as to the historic downtown. Everything is walkable and very convenient. The pool and the facilities were in great shape and the staff were truly a pleasure. Thank you!"
