"We loved our stay at the Monarch Motel. The rooms were modern, well decorated, clean and spacious, and the location is right in the midst of shops, restaurants, etc. The only negative was the noisy street traffic, but the motel provided earplugs and a white noise machine. My family and I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it to others. Friendly staff too! "

"Staff was great, seemed like a very lean team of people and they were busy as could be and they got us checked in timely and no matter how busy breakfast was they kept up. Room was as expected, clean and basic. Our one night stay was close to what we were doing, St Ignatius tour. If we were to go back we would stay here again."

"The room was very clean. The staff was really nice. Rooms facing the hill have a beautiful view of Pullman, but they are a little noisy due to a lot of traffic coming in and out of Pullman, with the hotel full and all the high school kids. The continental breakfast was completely wiped out on Saturday morning. In the double bedroom, the beds are just a little on the hard side, so that’s the only complaint I have. The staff and everything else are great, but the beds aren't very comfortable. "
