"This is a single location, privately owned hotel where pride if ownership is evident. Very clean and nicely updated, friendly and responsive staff. Wonderful outdoor sitting area with a beautiful waterfall. I'm a picky traveler who prioritizes cleanliness, this hotel definitely earned the 5 stars!!"

"Stayed gulf-side with a balcony and the view was FABULOUS. The beautiful water is RIGHT there so you can just leisurely walk out onto the pristine beach whenever. The resort has two restaurants, though the bar/grill one (Salty Rose) was always closed, so didn't get to try it. The Windrose was pretty good for a fancier meal, but we had other spots in town that became favorites. The Executive King room itself was huge and very clean; it's clear the housekeeping staff works very hard to keep the resort clean and as sand-free as possible, lol. Comfy bed and having a deep soaker tub was fantastic. Parking was easy and indoors to keep your car out of the elements. Staff was friendly/helpful and the entire stay was relaxing and fun. When we return, we'll stay here again."
