"Good airport Hotel in Dublin. Has a shuttle to and from airport which is very important! Shuttle drivers are very pleasant and helpful. Nice Staff in lounge areas and take out area, the young man was super nice and respectful. "

"The hotel’s location is outstanding - right across from Tower Bridge, which is truly incredible. However, the property itself could benefit from a complete renovation. The exterior feels somewhat worn, and both the lobby and guest rooms would improve with updates as well. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay."
