Excellent stay and excellent facilities. Can highly recommend Happy Hour in the Lounge too!

My room had such a comfy bed and large bathroom with nice towels and amenities. Room had good outlets including USB’s near the bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful. And so centrally located. Would definitely book it again.

Helpful staff. Cleam big rooms. Coffee available all day.

Receptionist super helpful and welcoming, hotel spotless and well located. Breakfast offered a variety. Highly recommend.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. The hotel is perfectly located for the tram stop (get there...

Beautifully landscaped, a real oasis of peace and zen, all within easy driving distance to Napa and Sonoma wineries.

There wasn’t a recliner in the room. They shouldn’t advertise that the...

Fabulous building and rooms. Amazing decor, rooms are smaller than average but this reflects the building’s architecture. Grab and go breakfast with the option for a buffet breakfast. Spotlessly clean, fluffy towels.

Great location - near shops, plus free tea and coffee throughout the day

Great stay. Really nice property, located in the centre of town, staff couldn’t be more helpful, room was great; highly recommended.
