Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside. "The hotel is quite tired and a little run down. The cleaning wasn't very good, the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and the doors and walls were quite grimy. There's not enough lighting which made reading difficult. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiries. The pool temperature was a little cold and could've done with 4-5 degrees higher and the spa way too cold. "
