"There's nothing we didn't like about the property. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious. We had all the room amenities we need. We enjoyed our stay."

"The ice machine and elevator were broken. It took 15 minutes for the shower to get hot. Won't stay here again."

"We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at least 6 times. It is clean, comfortable beds and affordable. It is an older hotel but nice. The breakfast was good. Parking convenient. "

"Okay, I had high expectations for a fairly new hotel with great ratings. We got in around 9:30 and had a little struggle getting our room, but finally got it all taken care of. We were tired and asked for a quiet room. We got to our room and I always pull the sheets back. Well, glad I did. The sheets were very stained and I was very disappointed. We went back down and got a new room. The hallways look like they hadn’t been vacuumed as there were little pieces of paper and foil on the edges by some of the doors. The door on the original room had a 3” chip on the edge of the door. Breakfast was okay and had hot food and decent coffee. The staff was polite. Decent parking. I’m just still a little horrified about the stained sheets. I think with a little more attention to detail, this hotel could be decent."

"Excellent accommodation"

"We stayed for three days. The refrigerator in the room was very loud, we couldn’t sleep the first night because of it. We reported to the front desk and informed her that we had stuff that needed to be the fridge. She laughed, which I thought was rude. The maintenance guy came and measured for a new fridge but I was never informed if it was replaced or not, which I don’t think it was because the sound was still very noticeable. Could not get the thermostat set, had to fiddle around and call the front desk for help. Still wasn’t given a clear answer on how it worked. The heat was on when the air conditioning need to be on and air on when heat needed on. Very frustrating. The tv sound was horrible. We had the tv on max volume and still couldn’t hear it. Washed clothes and the washer leaked everywhere, about slipped and fell. The dryer wasn’t available to dry my clothes due to the washer leaking. Front desk offered to dry my clothes with their dryer but kinda joked she wanted money for it. Very unprofessional. Usually have a great stay here but this time was not. I understand they are under renovation but don’t provide rooms that are not ready for guests."

"The rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My sister needed a handicap room the first room was fully accessible so they changed our room the next day. The manager was delightful and always had a smile on his face. The breakfast had plenty of great choices. I will stay here the next time in Sheridan."

"They lied about the hot tub being working and than never offered a refund so we could go somewhere else"
