From the moment I saw the ring of pointsettias around the artificial pond, I knew the property was going to be in rough shape. It is Memorial Day weekend. The staff was friendly and efficient, doing the best that they can with what they have to offer. WiFi on the 5th floor was out more than it was in. Super frustrating. Our shower amenities were mostly empty (a little shampoo, some conditioner, and no shower gel). The lights in our bathroom flickered from some short within the walls. Time for a refresh. I would advise others to steer clear until this property is completely renovated.

I stayed here for the amenities. They have a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and a restaurant and bar. I had children with me, and I came during a very cold spell. It was really nice to have a place to hang out and keep the kids entertained.
