"Easy parking next door. They also have valet parking. Hotel looked great, the room looked great. Room was clean. Dining room was large beautiful, and the breakfast was good, with healthy options. I would definitely return for next Cleveland visit."

"This hotel is so perfect and affordable! The pool and hot tub are so nice and the breakfast so good! The room was large and clean and we loved having a balcony! The staff was so nice! Keep in mind everything is closed after 7 in the area and nothing is open on sundays!"

"The room was beautiful and perfect for what we needed! We stayed there to see Zeds Dead at Jacob’s Pavilion and it was perfect distance! It was a 5 minute uber trip! We had room service in the morning and it was a dream! The food was delicious and they brought us everything we needed to accommodate it! We will definitely stay here again. We were in the heart of downtown and it was such a great spot for everything and anything you needed!"

"Overall, a good experience. We were downgraded because the room we booked was not available to us. Then when we went to our room, they were not done cleaning it. This was an hour after we were able to check in at 5pm."

"Requested towels on day three of 4 day stay, never got them. Loud front staff member on Saturday 8/8, valet chime did not stop entire 45 minutes we were at breakfast. Limited breakfast option and quality."
