The hotel is almost adjacent to the city's music theater, close to great dining options and only a 20 minute walk (uphill) to the medieval fortress Sparrenburg which is absolutely worth a visit and offers great views over Bielefeld and its surroundings. "While I realize the property is still under restoration, it would have been best to put effort into getting the lift functional (I have mobility issues and stairs are a difficult task). Staff was amazing to non-German speaking guests. 😃"
