"The hotel is beautiful and so full of history. They have kept it up and made updates to keep it with the times but still remain timeless. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was divine, Caroline's candied bacon, whooooaaaa! We only ate breakfast there but even those drinks were fun! We can't wait to go back."

"Staff was great. We had an issue with the heat in our room, maintenance arrived at our room as soon as he got to work. He got us a new room, made sure the cleaning staff took care of the room ASAP and went to the front desk to retrieve our new key cards."

"Love the room. The only complaint that I have is that it took forever for the heat to actually warm up when I got to the room it was off and then it took a couple of hours to get it up to 65 even but I still love the room and take a visit to the hot tub, which is really nice and warm, but the bubbles didn’t work but still had a great time."

"The room was spotless. The staff was awesome. Particularly Jade. Knowledgeable of the local restaurants and services. This hotel has a city feel in a small town environment and I can't recommend it highly enough. My son will be attending college in Waverly and there is nowhere else I will be staying on my visits over the next few years. Excellent, excellent customer experience."
