"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "The staff was wonderful here! The waiters were all very nice at the restaurant and they let us have a late checkout when we had an evening bus, which was very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to the beach."
