Loved, loved, loved this hotel! Such a beautiful place, with superb staff who couldn’t have been more welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a stunning place with beautiful surroundings and facilities. It is definitely a place to return to without doubt. The quality and value for money is exceptional.

Good stopover between Santa Fe and Tucson scenic route. Nice room. Space to sit outside. Explore the community room as it has drinks, popcorn, baked goods etc and you can have breakfast any time. We only saw a member of staff very briefly. Two places to eat few yards away.

Fairly new property everything was clean and staff friendly and helpful . Laundry facilities provided are free. Bar serving drinks and a small menu for eating. Good breakfast nice not to have disposal crockery and cutlery

Clean, good breakfast, nice terrace

Easy to park - Ac was fine

Clean room, lots of parking and front desk staff were very friendly

This hotel was a stop made during our Route 66 road trip. It is a lovely clean hotel. The reception area was welcoming. The staff were all very friendly, polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast is included in the overnight stay, there is not a restaurant for evening meals on site. Great parking good breakfast and quiet also a short walk to the empty pocket saloon

Very quite hotel with nice amenities Breakfast good too

This is a charming back in time kind of place. Super welcoming and very clean. Our room was huge. We asked for a quiet room and were pleased to be offered a room round the back of the property away from the road. Comfy beds. Only problem was the toilet cistern did not fill properly and could not flush without us fixing it each time. Breakfast was basic but adequate. All in all, I am happy we stayed here. The area has lots to offer and Springerville is quirky!

Good location. Lovely, comfortable, upper floor room with balcony. Good dinners and breakfasts.

Booked last minute as original hotel was so bad and we were greeted by Jodie, she was so friendly and helpful giving info on the local area and taking the time to chat with us. Jodie is a credit to the hotel.
