Cons: the unit is on the 5th floor and the elevators are completely unreliable. We had to carry our luggage up five flights and now that I've seen reviews on other websites I see this is a recurring problem so buyer beware. When we checked out the elevator stopped with a family member stuck inside. Nothing worked to free her so the fire department was called to rescue her....

"There was no soap provided—how are travelers supposed to clean up? It’s a basic necessity. Even charging an extra $2 or $3 would be fine, but it should be included. Otherwise, it’s very inconvenient for guests."
