Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

"This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we love it. The view sea side, the rooms, and the walkability of the location to the city center. The only drawback is the parking, as everytime we have arrived the place parking was difficult. A+ Hotel"
"Large room and huge bathroom. Really clean hotel. No tea/coffee in room but otherwise fine. Nice bedding. Area around was nice but very few bars or eateries other than the hotel. "
"The property is amazingly beautiful surrounded by well kept interesting gardens. The breakfast is by far the best I've had in in Denmark. It had a wide variety of fresh, well thought out dishes that were prepared perfectly! The classic rooms are small... very small. We had to move furniture to fit 2 standard sized check bags to get the door closed. The shower drain was clogged, but the staff was quick to fix it."
