Really friendly staff, free coffee and cookie in reception were a great addition. Room spacious and clean. Nice and quiet. There is a large problem with homelessness in the area and while it didn’t feel unsafe at all it was very noticeable

A laid back and colourful hotel, the vibe of which is perfect for the city of Portland. The staff were briliant, the advice they gave and going that little bit further to provide fantastic customer service by running around on Sunday night to see which places were open for food.

Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊
