"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. "Food - exceptional just very large portions when ordering in both restaurants. Hotel - exceptional just very loud in the reception and restaurants due to overly loud music making it very difficult to hold conversations or hear the hotel staff. Lovely flautist during breakfast and good facilities. Room cleaning service wonderful. "
