I was made welcome by friendly and professional staff from start to finish. There was also a fire alarm event at the start of my stay which I thought was managed well but I would reccommend using a Megaphone when communicating directions with the evacuated guests.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable with a very big shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll Definitely stay again.
