"It was the perfect place to stay as it was near Grove and all our family were meeting there .. There was a friendly service that was just right as we were visiting at a sad time ,a funeral …
The bar and restaurant, so good , and the food delicious.. I would recommend to friends as the atmosphere was what you would hope for in an English `old style’ hotel . "

"Lovely area to stay, the rooms require a little TLC but I really want complain all that much about that when the rooms are a lovely size, the water is warm and the beds comfortable. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. When the say the hotel and restaurant are dog friendly they fully mean it, everyone treated our dog like she was the star of the show, providing eater bowls and treats in the restaurant. Will be back again. "
