"The room refrigerator did not work. The in room coffee maker leaked water and did not work. The room was inconvenient in its location in a separate building. The halls were tight. We were not informed of the second entrance for the best place to park. The elevators were very small. We had large bags and had trouble getting through the narrow hall to the second building."

"Staying at this hotel was an incredible and unique experience! The way the old prison has been transformed into a modern hotel is absolutely brilliant. The historic atmosphere is preserved perfectly, and the clean rooms are very comfortable. The staff is clearly understaffed and overwhelmed with duties, but they work incredibly hard and do their absolute best to keep the atmosphere and everything else perfect. Both the breakfast and parking options were excellent. Highly recommended!"

"I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. I liked the view of the canal from my room despite its facing a parking lot. the coffee machine was a nice touch that I especially enjoyed. The same machine can also make hot water. The room space is true to its description - small. If you have a lot of luggage’s or bigger luggage, the small room maybe challenging. Overall, though, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return."
