"Location was excellent for everything we were doing while in Auckland. We walked to everything. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of items. Staff were helpful and accommodating with any requests."

"I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve stayed here! Lovely staff, sparkling clean room and environment, and so handy for parking and getting on and off the mortorway. We ate from room service menu this time and the food was fresh and hot and presented beautifully. Will continue to use this hotel as home away from home every time I stay in Wellington."

"Still in the process of new owners taking over, so for example can’t accept Amex yet. Most things remain the same - lots of opportunities for new owners to improve, from a fairly average spa with only a few jets working for 3 minutes at a time, to noisy rooms with average aircon. Breakfast very overpriced and omelettes especially poor."

"As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."
