"Booked this hotel through Expedia and overall had a good stay at Taj Palace. The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and polite. The property is clean, well maintained and updated as expected from a Taj hotel.
The only disappointing experience was during breakfast at Capital Kitchen. The food was fine, but the service was not well organized. I ordered an omelette which never arrived even after asking twice. Same with the cappuccino, I had to remind them again. This was not expected from a hotel of Taj standard.
Other than that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant."
"The in-Room dining team gave cutlery for 1 person, despite 2 people staying in the room as well as us explicitly asking for cutlery for 2 while placing the Dinner order.
I wanted to self-park my car, but I was told by the staff at the porch, that it would be inconvenient for me, since I would have to go down a couple of floors for self parking and that too a female isn’t allowed in the parking."
