"No customer service, buffet was awful and expensive, bed was cold to sleep in asked for more blankets but didnt get them, toilet seat loose, checked in to the hotel at night no parking at the resort had to park on street when there was other side parking for the hotel but was told it was for the rooms allocated in front although this wasnt marked on the parking spots yet they were still empty the next day. We left a day early no compensation. Never again."

"Accomodation fairly standard & clean but bathroom showing signs of age. No real difference between the cheapest room & the most expensive room other than the size of the bed. I would recommend against dining in as it wasn’t to my taste. Other than that, clean, cheap & adequate."

"Great location. Beautiful ocean views. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Fabulous pool for the kids. Little outdated but seeing everything clean and staff being friendly, it didn’t matter about the exterior. We would definitely stop over once again"
