"The buffet was amazing. So many new options everyday! The workers… I can’t say enough they are just amazing. Jordane made every activity so fun. Michelle and Sharon are amazing bartenders who made us feel so loved. Nickia never let our table go dirty. Gabby never once let us go by without saying hello. The list goes on. Incredible people who truly love what they’re doing. The beach is amazing as well as the rooms! We will definitely be back. Such an amazing 6 days."

"Clean room, great amenities and evening entertainment. The food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip was the concierge service. On our second day we were accosted as we were leaving dinner and pressured into a breakfast the next morning with the manager of concierge at 830am. At 7 am that morning concierge was calling our rooms( we booked 3 ) and when we didn’t answer the phone they came up and beat on our doors. At this point my husband and I went to the lobby to complain and were yet again accosted by concierge. The bottom line is they are selling vacation clubs, similar to the now bankrupt timeshares. They try and reel you in with a smile and maybe a free massage or excursion. They then want you to waste 90 minutes of your time for a presentation and a pressure sales pitch. Did I mention they want a picture of your credit card to get the free massage or excursion, just to make sure you have a credit card. Umm didn’t I have to leave a credit card on file when I checked in??? The whole experience with them screamed SCAM. And we did not do the breakfast or any excursions or anything with them. I found out all of this during a terse conversation with the concierge manager and a Google search after they woke up me and my kids. Be stern with a NO if you are approached by them. Will not return to an Iberostar property ever again because of this!"

"Amazing private and exclusive resort. The vibe is quite and peaceful and gives a feel of exclusivness. The room was really nice and big with a private jacuzzi in the room. We had some issues initially with room key, which was corrected. We also felt the vegetarian options were limited on the menu, however the chefs are able to customize and made us amazing vegetarian food. Special shout out to Tyron, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He helped us with restaurant reservations, got the chef to customize, excursion reservations and everything we needed during our stay. Overall an amazing experience, great property and outstanding staff!"
