Beautiful stay, lovely location, average standing

Quiet and civilised hotel with great food . 4th time here. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice beach . What more can I say ?

The hotel is located right in the middle of the historical district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, although could do with a refresh as it is a little dated. I would however stay here again and recommend it.

It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive, specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

The hotel was very helpful with a special mention to Angela in Guest relations who organised a very special day for my nans 102nd birthday party! She went above and beyond to make the day very special!

The TV service stopped working forthe last 4 days of my stay

I was slightly concerned about my trip to lifestyles after reading various reviews on here and trip advisor. On arrival we were upgraded from the residential suites to the presidential suites. The room was absolutely gorgeous, huge room and it was cleaned every day. There are lots of different pools at this hotel, we tried most of them and found them all to be great. No problems with any of the bars or restuarants. Service was absolutely great every single time, they cant do enough to help you....
