"I am a budget traveller and this place was perfect for me and the family .apartment size was perfect 2 bedroom with living room ,eating area with large dining table. We had our Christmas get together there. El señor Manuel loan us a BBQ grill when we enquire about one. He made us felt right at home and told us he was only a phone call away. "Slightly off the main, busy part of the Playa Cabarete. A slight bit of a hike (10 to 15 minutes) to where most of the restaurants and grocery stores, kite/wing schools/rentals are, but I appreciate the quietness and security the place has to offer. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again."
