"# A Refreshing Stay with a Side of Sales Pitch: An In-Depth Look at Paradise Rebounding. If you are currently browsing through travel sites looking for a Jamaican getaway that actually lives up to the glossy, high-definition photos in the brochure, you can stop scrolling because this property is a rare find where the reality on the ground matches and in some ways exceeds the digital dream sold online. However, like any travel experience in a post-hurricane landscape, there are nuances to navigate, and from world-class hospitality to the inevitable high-pressure membership pitches, here is the breakdown of my stay. The hotel is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and pools that create a great atmosphere for a getaway, and what you see online is exactly what you get. The entire staff is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, and genuinely welcoming, but a huge shoutout must go to Auletta, the very first person who greeted us at the hotel and was just the sweetest and most welcoming person you could ever want to meet, as well as Uton at the lobby bar who is definitely the man and made the experience even better. For folks who don't want to miss their fitness, there is a great gym facility on-site, and while the beach is quite rocky, the pool area is fantastic with plenty of space to lounge. It is important to note that Jamaica is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa and the hotel isn't fully staffed"

"We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. It was the best time. "
