Beautifully designed, charming hotel in the middle of ancient town. Staff were very polite & helpful. Special thanks to Leo & Nancy who made our stay very comfortable. Also the dynamic Manager Crystal who supported with all the necessary arrangements. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to explore the area.

Excellent stay. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. My only regret was not getting to spend more time in my room due to business commitments

The rooms at this hotel are fantastic. Every room is a suite and all controls are on I pads. We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. The food and beverage options are nice but overpriced, but I think it must be a thing in China as other 5 star hotels we visited in the country were the same. This hotel is a haven of calm in a...

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Excellent stay at the Nuo Hotel Beijing. It was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very modern, very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the rooms is very high and the restaurant is very good. We will stay again if we go to Beijing.

Design and surrounding areas.

Excellent service and facilities in keeping with the Waldorf Astoria brand . The family was well looked after by the attentive staff and we had the opportunity to partake in the Michelin star restaurant facilities.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay.

There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything. The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday! We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

Very nice location, larger room and newer than the average 5 star hotel in this central area. Will stay again

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd February before a flight back to the UK the next day. We booked 2 twin rooms as we are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 6 and 11, with the plan that each parent would share with one child if no adjoining rooms were available. The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely and upgraded us to a duplex 2 bedroom suite, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and her English was very good too, she is a credit to the hotel. Great hotel

The room and the Great Wall view was excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The free pick-up and drop-off to the wall was a nice touch. The spa and massage was great and the breakfast was really nice too.
