"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf...

"Beautiful little house, It was very clean and updated. I loved the large yard for our puppy. Beds were clean and comfortable, it was very nice that there was a laundry room with laundry soap. Would love to stay here again if we visit chama again. Also there was a nice little coffee shop that we walked to a couple blocks away."

The fireplace and coffee in the morning was a delight. Each breakfast was very unique and created with obvious care."

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
